• Safety procedures and in-flight policies
• Baggage handling and size/weight restrictions
• Seat assignments and cabin accommodations
• Passenger rights and dispute resolution
• Refund decisions and processing timelines

FirstBell Holidays is not responsible for travel provider decisions or actions. For service issues, contact the travel provider directly.

9. Call Recording & Monitoring

FirstBell Holidays may record incoming and outgoing calls for quality assurance, training, dispute resolution, and legal protection. By calling FirstBell Holidays, you consent to call recording and monitoring. Recordings are treated as confidential business records under this Disclaimer and our Privacy Policy.
