If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not use our services. FirstBell Holidays reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
2. Service Description
FirstBell Holidays is a phone-based travel agency operated by AIRTKTSERVICES LLC, which manages advertising and marketing on behalf of Sea and Sky Travel Solutions Private Limited. Sea and Sky Travel Solutions Private Limited is an IATA-accredited travel agency (IATA License No. 14025685) authorized to sell and service airline tickets. We provide booking services for domestic and international flights. All flight bookings and airline services are provided by Sea and Sky Travel Solutions Private Limited. We are an independent travel agency and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or agents of any airline.
3. Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to airline availability and acceptance of our booking terms. To complete a flight booking, you must provide accurate passenger information (name, date of birth, contact details, passport information where applicable). Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice until payment is received and confirmed. A service fee may apply to your booking, which will be disclosed before final payment.
Payment must be made via the methods we accept, including credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. By providing payment information, you authorize us to process the transaction. Your booking is not confirmed until we receive full payment and airline confirmation.
4. Ticket Validity & Fare Rules
All airline tickets are subject to the specific fare rules and conditions set by the airline. Each ticket has validity rules that may restrict travel dates, routing, refundability, and changes. Non-refundable fares are strictly non-refundable except where required by law (e.g., DOT regulation for U.S. carriers or IATA rules for international flights). We will disclose the fare rules applicable to your ticket before purchase.
Tickets are issued electronically (e-tickets) and are valid only for travel by the named passenger on the specific flights booked. Tickets cannot be transferred to another person. If you do not use your ticket by the expiration date specified by the airline, it will expire with no refund due.
5. Changes & Cancellations
To request a change or cancellation, contact us immediately at (866) 969-5849. Fees and restrictions vary depending on the airline, fare type, and timing of your request. Some non-refundable fares cannot be changed or cancelled. Changes may result in a new ticket being issued with applicable change fees and potential fare differences charged to you.
Airlines may charge substantial change or cancellation fees. You are responsible for understanding the specific rules for your ticket. We will inform you of all applicable fees before processing any request.
6. Traveler Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring all passenger information is accurate and current
- Possessing valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) required for your destination
- Complying with all entry/exit requirements of countries on your itinerary
- Arriving at the airport at least 2 hours before domestic flights and 3 hours before international flights
- Checking in before the airline's required time
- Complying with all airline policies and procedures
- Notifying us of any special needs or requirements at the time of booking
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in denied boarding, ticket cancellation, or loss of refund eligibility. FirstBell Holidays is not liable for missed flights, denied boarding, or denied entry due to passenger non-compliance.
7. Limitation of Liability
FirstBell Holidays and AIRTKTSERVICES LLC are agents only. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or any booking made through us. Our liability is limited to the amount of service fees paid to us for the specific booking in question.
We are not liable for airline decisions, including flight cancellations, delays, overbooking, route changes, or denial of boarding. We are not liable for lost or damaged luggage, injury, or any other consequence resulting from airline operations or third-party services.
Disputes regarding your flight, ticket validity, or airline services must be directed to the airline, not to FirstBell Holidays.
8. Force Majeure
FirstBell Holidays is not liable for any inability to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, government action, civil unrest, pandemic, severe weather, or airline strikes.
9. Intellectual Property
All airline names, logos, and trademarks displayed on our website are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Use of these trademarks does not imply affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.
All content on FirstBell Holidays website, including text, graphics, and design, is the property of FirstBell Holidays or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our express written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to these terms must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
