1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using FirstBell Holidays services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. FirstBell Holidays (operated by AIRTKTSERVICES LLC) reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
2. Service Description
FirstBell Holidays provides phone-based travel coordination services. We act as an intermediary between you and travel providers (airlines, hotels, and other service vendors). We do not operate flights, accommodations, or transportation services. We are not affiliated with any airline, hotel chain, or transportation company. All airline names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
3. Our Role as an Intermediary
When you use FirstBell Holidays services:
- We assist you in finding, booking, and managing travel arrangements
- We act as your agent to communicate with travel providers
- We do not guarantee specific prices, availability, or outcomes from travel providers
- Travel providers (airlines, etc.) retain full control over their services, pricing, and policies
- Final booking terms are between you and the travel provider, not FirstBell Holidays
4. The Booking Process
When you request a booking or service through FirstBell Holidays:
- Initial Request: You provide your travel preferences and requirements
- Search & Quote: We search available options and provide quotes
- Fee Disclosure: We will clearly disclose our agency service fee before you confirm
- Confirmation: You must acknowledge and accept all terms, fees, and policies
- Processing: We process your booking with the relevant travel provider(s)
- Confirmation Details: You receive booking confirmation directly from the travel provider
5. Pricing, Fares & Taxes
FirstBell Holidays charges are separate and distinct from:
- Base airline fares
- Fuel surcharges
- Taxes and government fees
- Hotel rates and resort fees
- Any other travel provider charges
All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to availability and change at any time. We provide accurate pricing information to the best of our knowledge, but travel providers may change rates without notice. If a rate changes between your quote and booking confirmation, we will inform you immediately.
6. Payment & Non-Refundable Fees
Payment terms:
- You must provide valid payment information to complete any booking
- Payment may be made via credit card, debit card, or other methods we accept
- FirstBell Holidays service fees are non-refundable once service is rendered
- Refunds or credits may be available from travel providers according to their policies, but agency fees are retained by FirstBell Holidays
- Charges will appear on your billing statement under FirstBell Holidays or AIRTKTSERVICES LLC
7. Service Changes & Modifications
If you request changes to your booking (such as date changes, route modifications, or airline changes):
- Changes are subject to travel provider availability and policies
- Travel providers may impose change fees or fare differences
- FirstBell Holidays may charge additional fees for modification assistance
- Some changes may require cancellation and new booking, with associated costs
- Not all changes are possible once a booking is confirmed
8. Seat Upgrades & Add-Ons
FirstBell Holidays can assist in exploring and booking seat upgrades, baggage, and other ancillary services offered by travel providers. However:
- Availability and pricing of upgrades is controlled by the travel provider
- We cannot guarantee upgrade approval or specific seat assignments
- Upgrade requests may be denied by the travel provider
- Upgrade prices and availability may change at any time
- Additional service fees may apply for upgrade assistance
9. Cancellations & Refund Eligibility
Cancellation policies are set by travel providers, not by FirstBell Holidays. Your refund eligibility depends on:
- The specific ticket type or rate plan you booked
- The travel provider's cancellation policy
- Whether cancellation was initiated by you or the travel provider
- Timing of the cancellation request relative to your travel date
FirstBell Holidays service fees are always non-refundable, even if your booking is cancelled and you receive a refund from the travel provider.
10. Travel Documents & Passenger Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring all passenger information (names, dates of birth) is accurate
- Obtaining valid passports and visas for international travel
- Checking travel provider requirements (baggage, check-in times, etc.)
- Arriving at the airport/departure point on time
- Complying with all travel provider rules and regulations
FirstBell Holidays does not provide visa, passport, or travel document services. If you miss your flight or are denied travel due to improper documentation, FirstBell Holidays is not responsible.
11. Travel Provider Control & Responsibility
All airlines, hotels, and travel providers maintain full control over their operations, including:
- Schedule changes, delays, and cancellations
- Overbooking and boarding procedures
- Baggage policies and handling
- Seating assignments
- Refund decisions and processing
- Passenger treatment and safety
FirstBell Holidays does not control these decisions and is not responsible for travel provider actions or failures. For issues with your actual travel service, contact the travel provider directly.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FirstBell Holidays and AIRTKTSERVICES LLC shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Lost profits, lost business opportunities, or lost data
- Travel delays, cancellations, or issues caused by travel providers
- Failure to obtain desired services or pricing
- Any issues arising from passenger error or non-compliance with travel provider requirements
- Technical issues with our phone lines or communication systems
FirstBell Holidays liability is limited to the amount of the service fee you paid.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FirstBell Holidays, AIRTKTSERVICES LLC, and our officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your breach of these terms
- Claims by travel providers regarding non-payment or misrepresentation
- Your violation of any travel provider's terms or policies
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
